The wind at the top is now up to 20 -22 knots. in the Open masters Mark Page has a good lead followed by the evergreen Murray Thom and home town hero Andrew Dellabarca.
There have been some breakages in the freshening breeze but otherwise the sailors appear to be having a great time .
The open full rigs are now approaching the finish of their first race.
